With regards to Henry VII’s “abuse” of EoY: Philippa. Gregory. Is. Full. Of. Crap. Henry and Elizabeth’s marriage started out as a political union, but they grew to love one another. Maybe it isn’t the most passionate romance of all time, but it is beyond pathetic and nasty to portray it as an abusive marriage.
